Former dean of the School of Art and Design at the New York College of Ceramics at Alfred University and current dean of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts at UC Irvine, Joseph S. Lewis III came back to Alfred to visit the Institute for Electronic Arts and make digital prints. As a visual and performing artist, Mr. Lewis has had numerous solo exhibitions of his work both nationally and internationally for more than two decades.

Mainly focusing on digital manipulations, Lewis produced multiple series of works. Below is a sample of the work Lewis produced during his residency.
