Navigate is a collaborative platform that brings together students, administrators, advisors, faculty, and other staff. Via Navigate, your student is able to make appointments with departments and anyone in their support network. They have the ability to see their course schedule, important dates to remember (such as the last day to add/drop and withdraw from classes), and account holds. Access to resources around campus is right at their fingertips, including finding study buddies! If looking through the resources doesn’t help answer their questions, they can raise their hand, and an advisor will reach out to them to help answer their questions or connect them with individuals who can assist.
Members of your student’s success network can issue an alert if they are concerned about the student. These alerts notify the rest of their support network so they can work as a team to communicate with the student and find the best way to support them. If students have questions about using Navigate, they can reach out to their advisor or the Center for Advising!
