Fiat Midknight Breakfast

Dear Alfred University students, staff, and faculty:

The Fall 2021 semester is drawing to a close, with final exams beginning today. Later this evening in Ade Hall, Alfred University will host Midknight Breakfast, a long-standing Alfred University tradition, established in 1989, during which faculty and staff serve breakfast to our students.

We encourage students to attend Midknight Breakfast as a reward for the coming completion of your Fall semester studies and as an opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie that comes with it. 

A special shout-out is due to our College of Business faculty and staff, who last Thursday continued their own tradition of providing students supper to mark the end of the Fall semester classes. Faculty and staff prepared their favorite dishes and served them to about 75 students as a way of showing appreciation for all their hard work.

We wish all of our students good luck with your final exams and assignments followed by a well-deserved holiday break. And, we thank our AU Fresh food service team for preparing tonight’s meal and the staff and faculty who will be serving our students.
