Fiat Shouldering our Shared Responsibilities

Today, the Wellness Center administered antigen tests to five symptomatic students, two of whom tested positive and have been placed in isolation.

We also await test results from St. James for a student who presented on Saturday and tested negative for an antigen test, and was subsequently tested with the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.

In today’s surveillance testing, the testing team administered saliva test to 129 students. Those students who were assigned to today’s testing schedule but did not appear will be contacted in the next few days to reschedule or be referred for student conduct for sanctions. Suspension or expulsion will be set in motion for students who fail to comply.

Please remember that COVID-19 testing for our students is a requirement and that each of us must fulfill our shared responsibilities every day for promoting the health and safety of our campus and surrounding community. Our individual actions will be the greatest determining factor in achieving our collective goal of keeping our campus open throughout the Fall semester.

Fiat shouldering our shared responsibilities.
