On the work they developed while in residence they had the following to say:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver 2024 I have made hundreds of images with my video synthesis system and I have wanted to collect those images into some form of a book. I compiled two larger books &#8211; a tabloid sized catalog of direct capture video synthesis works dithered and edited (Teletect Dither Catalog), a 24-image collection of four layer transparencies of my trichrome scan processing work (Teletect Trichromes), and a small monochrome zone printed on the Risograph machine (Teletect Monochromes)&#8221;.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_single_image media=&#8221;88594&#8243; media_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Using the Sadin IP was a special experience. It&#8217;s an old temperamental unit, it has any quirks, and it makes you collaborate with it and its flaws and eccentricities.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]It was a busy two weeks for Phil, with the production of 3 book editions in a very small amount of time. Each book will be available to view in the <span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">iea<\/span> archive.<\/p>\n<p>We would also like to acknowledge the support of multiple Expanded Media faculty and staff members who assisted Phil during his time on campus. And finally, we are grateful for our growing number of international guests to the <span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">iea<\/span> and would like to thank the Canada Council for the Arts who has worked with Phil in the past.
