The IEA is committed to developing cultural interactions spurred by technological experimentation and artistic investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Institute for Electronic Art\u2019s Experimental Projects Residency is made possible by the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.arts.ny.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">New York State Council on the Arts<\/a> with the support of Governor Andrew M.
