Included in the archives is this 1916 marble bag, a reminder of those days long gone.<br \/>\nAny boy or girl who presented a properly filled-out coupon (clipped from the <em>Alfred Sun<\/em> newspaper) between 3:45 pm and 5:45 pm on May 4, 1916, received a free bag of marbles from W.H. Crandall&#8217;s insurance company, located on Main St. in Alfred, NY.
